Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • (1) 6 fl oz can pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cups light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Steps

  1. Whisk together cornstarch and water. Set aside.
  2. Bring remaining ingredients to boil.
  3. Immediately stir in cornstarch mixture.
  4. Continue boiling and stirring until desired thickness is reached (about 1-2 minutes)
