Ingredients
- 3 medium red onions, diced
- (1) 3.7 oz can chipotles in adobo sauce, chopped
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lbs ground beef, cooked
- 2 lbs cooked brisket
- (2) 28oz cans crushed tomatoes with juice
- (1) 14 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
- (2) 1.25 oz packets McCormick Tex-Mex Chili seasonings
Steps
- Add red onion, chipotles, garlic, and oil to pan. Cook on medium-high heat
until onions are soft and translucent. Add cooked ingredients to large pot.
- Add cooked beef to pot.
- Chop brisket into bite sized pieces. Add to pot.
- Add remaining ingredients to pot smoke at 250° F for as long as you want (8~
hours?)
