Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp dry/ground mustard
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cups onion, diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp flour, or more
  • 4 sandwich buns

Steps

  1. Brown beef
  2. Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard.
  3. Add mixture, celery, onion, and ketchup to beef
  4. Add enough flour to achieve desired consistency
  5. Serve on buns
