Ingredients
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ground yellow mustard seeds powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 0.25 cup dark soy sauce
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 cup heavy cooking cream
Steps
- Dry roast sesame seeds in a skillet until lightly browned.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Dissolve mustard seeds powder in hot water to make a lump-free paste.
- Combine roasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, mustard seeds paste, and garlic
powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it gently boils.
- Add sesame seeds paste to the cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
