Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground yellow mustard seeds powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 0.25 cup dark soy sauce
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cooking cream

Steps

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a skillet until lightly browned.
  2. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  3. Dissolve mustard seeds powder in hot water to make a lump-free paste.
  4. Combine roasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, mustard seeds paste, and garlic powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  5. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it gently boils.
  6. Add sesame seeds paste to the cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
