Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • (1) 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • (1) 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
  • (1) 15.25 oz can corn (drained)
  • 0.5 cups long grain white rice
  • 0.75 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 cups water (maybe more, still unsure what the right amount is)

Steps

  1. Brown beef in cast iron pan. Season however you want (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
  2. Drain grease. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes, corn, and rice
  3. Simmer (on 3/10), covered for 15 minutes
  4. Add cheese to top, broil on high until cheese is melted
