Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- (1) 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- (1) 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
- (1) 15.25 oz can corn (drained)
- 0.5 cups long grain white rice
- 0.75 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.75 cups water (maybe more, still unsure what the right amount is)
Steps
- Brown beef in cast iron pan. Season however you want (salt, pepper, garlic
powder, onion powder, etc.)
- Drain grease. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes, corn, and
rice
- Simmer (on 3/10), covered for 15 minutes
- Add cheese to top, broil on high until cheese is melted
