Ingredients
- 0.5 cups flour
- 250g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 large Bud Light
- 2 egg whites
- 1 large cod filet
Steps
- Put 0.5 cups flour on a plate.
- Mix 250g flour, baking powder, and curry powder in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in beer until you reach the consistency of pancake batter.
- Whisk egg whites to a stiff peak. Add to batter.
- Season cod with salt.
- Dredge cod in dry flour. Knock flour off. Add cod to batter.
- Cook cod in deep fryer at 375°F for 3.5 minutes
- Serve with Tartar Sauce
